I am so excited for October’s late-Summer retreat at the beautiful Osa Major in Mallorca.
Welcome to all abilities and experience, this 5 day yoga retreat will offer connection through movement, nature and community, whilst allowing time to relax and rejuvenate in the Spanish sun. It will be an opportunity to nourish yourself and ignite your internal fire as we journey towards Winter.
Set in the heart of Mallorca in a rural, wild and untouched landscape, we will have twice daily yoga in our outdoor yoga shala overlooking the endless valley. A morning energising and playful vinyasa flow will rejuvenate you for the rest of the day and the grounding restorative practices in the evening are designed to soothe your system so that you can melt into restoring sleep.
We will also be offering massages, a healing sound journey, wholesome food and guided walks and runs, along with free time to explore, lay by the pool and relaaaax.

Travel and transfers. However, we can certainly help you organise transfers from Palma airport to the retreat venue. You will also be on a Whatsapp thread with us and the other retreat guests to organise taxi shares should you wish. The venue is a 30 minute drive from the airport.
Treatments and therapies. There will be many treatments on offer should you wish to enhance your experience by accessing some of the best healers on the island.
