Step away from the noise and into your body with this beautiful journey toward deep rest and relaxation. Offer your body and mind a space to ground, calm and surrender to sacred softness.

We’ll begin our journey to relaxation with a down-regulating breath work practice, mindfulness meditation and journaling, before moving into gentle, embodied movement to open up the body.

Our journey will end in soothing, yin and yoga nidra, where we can enter a state of deep relaxation and holistic nourishment.

Expect a long savasana, essential oils and therapeutic touch to end. Journey into Winter with this profound gift of self-care and healing rest.
