Summer Half Day Retreat
Breathwork ~ Vinyasa Flow ~ Yin Yoga ~ Yoga Nidra ~ Journaling ~
Saturday 1st June, 10:00-12:30


We’ll begin with breath-work, meditation and journaling, before diving into a dynamic and playful heart-opening vinyasa flow. The practice will move into a soothing, restorative practice and yoga nidra, where we can enter a state of deep relaxation and holistic nourishment. We’ll end the practice with a closing circle before heading outside to connect with tea and vegan cake.

You will need a yoga mat and any props you may want (blocks, blanket)*, notebook and pen for journaling. Do get in touch if you have any questions. It's going to be a special day and I'd love to see you there!
*If you don’t own yoga props, please email me as I have a limited number of props you can reserve.
